Discover Strengths of every leader through the CliftonStrengths assessment (full 34 report)

2 Deepdive on Strengths

During individual Leadership Strength sessions, we translate the report to the reality of daily work & life and your role as a leader. You will discover what makes you uniquely powerful and learn how to productively invest in the usage of your strengths to increase your performance, level of happiness and effectiveness as a leader.

3 Focus on Team Collaboration

During a Team session, you will discover how unique strengths add value to the Leadership team, how powerful partnerships within the team can accelerate performance, and how people can work better together. People will learn how to practically apply strengths & utilize team potential so the teams become greater than the sum of its parts.

4 Invest in Leadership

Strengths-based leadership is a crucial step in adopting a strengths-based culture. In a Leadership Team session, leaders will gain insights on what Strengths-based Leadership is, how strengths influence their leadership, how you can become more effective as a leader and how their leadership team can lead by example.

5 Leadership Consult

Given the strengths of all individuals in the Leadership team, together with the leader we dive into practical do's & don'ts on how to get the most out of each team member. The leader will learn how to practically challenge and motivate them to leverage their full potential, as an individual and within the team.

6 Leadership coaching

For all leaders within the team we offer follow-up Leadership coaching. In these sessions we work on enhancing the naming, claiming and aiming of your strengths to foster effective and productive leadership.
