The Strengths Champion program is a 12-month course full of training and coaching in which you will gain in-depth knowledge & skills on the Strengths-based approach and become part of a support network to build a strengths-based culture within your team or organisation.

Whether you are a coach (to be) or a Strength enthusiast in your company, by mastering the Strength-based coaching approach and techniques, you are able to create a culture of growth and empowerment where individuals are inspired to reach their full potential.

Together with other Strengths Champions of different organisations you'll learn about the CliftonStrengths assessment, the different strengths, and how to properly use the methodology.

We also focus on performance management, strengths-based leadership, how to assist leaders to foster a strengths-based culture and brainstorm about different initiatives you can set up within your organization to keep engagement high.

Through coaching, training and joining our Strengths Academy we guide you in this, to drive a lasting culture change!

What does the Strengths Champion course look like?

1 Preparation

If you haven't taken the CliftonStrengths assessment yet, you will receive an invitation to complete the assessment.

2 Training Days

We start with a two-day training in which we deepdive on the assessment, the different strengths, and how to properly use the methodology. We also focus on performance management, strengths-based leadership, and assisting leaders to foster a strengths-based culture. We conclude these two days with a brainstorm about different initiatives you can set up within your organization to keep engagement high.

3 Supervision coaching

During the coming year, you will have 4 individual supervision sessions with one of our experts to provide you with advice and practical tips & tricks to guide you in this journey. We stand by your side to achieve a long lasting culture change.

4 Join our Strengths Academy

After the course, you’ll gain access to our Strengths Academy, where you can meet up other experts and strengths champions to engage in regular knowledge-deepening activities. This consists of a bi-weekly webinar on a particular strength, a monthly Live Leadership Learning focussed on Strengths-based Leadership and cultural transformation, to deepen your knowledge and skills as an internal expert.
