The Strengths Champion program is a 12-months course full of training and coaching. You gain in-depth knowledge & skills on the Strengths-based approach and become part of our support network to build a Strengths-based culture within your team or organization.
Whether you are a coach (to be) or a Strength enthusiast in your company, by mastering the Strength-based coaching approach and techniques, you are able to create a culture of growth and empowerment where individuals are inspired to reach their full potential.
Together with other Strengths Champions of different organizations, you'll learn about the CliftonStrengths assessment, the 34 Full CliftonStrengths Assessment, and how to properly use the methodology.
We also focus on performance management, Strengths-based leadership, how to assist leaders to foster a Strengths-based culture and brainstorm about different initiatives you can set up within your organization to keep engagement high.
Through coaching, training, and our Strengths Academy, we guide you on this journey, to drive lasting culture change!
Learn about the Strengths-based methodology, discover how to build a Strengths-based culture, what Strengths-based Leadership is all about and how to embed Strengths within performance management.
Through this course you will gain in-depth knowledge on the CliftonStrengths Assessment, all 34 Strengths and the Strengths-based methodology.
You will learn what elements are important for a Strengths-based culture and how you can practically implement this into your team or organization.
A comprehensive understanding of the CliftonStrengths Assessment, insights on how to build a Strengths-based culture and how to increase collaboration, creativity and productivity in an organization. On top of that, you will gain concrete ideas on how to drive change as you become a part of our Strengths Academy.
To set the right foundation and for you to become the internal expert on Strengths.

After this training, you will know how to practically proceed to build a Strengths-based culture.
You become part of our community of Strengths Champions and Strengths-based Leaders who engage in learning activities, support each other, and share insights, to truly foster Strengths-based cultures.
1 Preparation
If you haven't taken the CliftonStrengths assessment yet, you will receive an invitation to complete the 34 Full Assessment.
2 Training Days
We start with a two-day training in which we deep-dive into the assessment, the 34 Strengths, and how to properly use the methodology. We also focus on performance management, strengths-based leadership, and assisting leaders to foster a strengths-based culture. We conclude these two days with a brainstorm about different initiatives you can set up within your organization to keep engagement high.
3 Supervision coaching
During the coming year, you will have 4 individual supervision sessions with one of our experts to provide you with advice and practical tips & tricks. We stand by your side to achieve a long-lasting culture change.
4 Join our Strengths Academy
After the course, you’ll gain access to our Strengths Academy, where you can meet other experts and Strengths Champions to engage in regular knowledge-deepening activities. This consists of a bi-weekly webinar on a particular Strength, a monthly Live Leadership Learning focused on Strengths-based Leadership and cultural transformation, to deepen your knowledge and skills as an internal expert.
