Lead with Strengths is a 12-month course to invest in your leadership and drive engagement. Adopt the Strengths-based approach to leverage the unique Strengths of each individual around you.

We know that the quality of leaders is the biggest predictor of an organizations long term success. In fact, 70% of the variance in team engagement is determined by the manager. Therefore, we train and coach leaders to fully adopt the Strengths-based approach to coach rather than control. Whether you are a very experienced leader or new in your role, we want to assist you in creating sustainable change by helping you understand and discover your own and your people's unique Strengths.

Throughout this course, we closely assist leaders by training and coaching them as well as including them in our Strengths Academy. We help leaders identify and leverage Strengths within their teams and support them in mastering Strengths-based leadership. The goal of this course is to make leaders more effective and get the most out of people by empowering them to bring out their best.

What does the Lead With Strengths course look like?

1 Preparation

If you haven't taken the CliftonStrengths Assessment yet, you will receive an invitation to do so.

2 Training Days

We start with a two-day training to set the right foundation from the beginning. We deep dive into Strengths-based leadership, what it enhances, and focus on how to embed Strengths into your performance management, by setting Strengths-based goals and providing Strengths-based feedback. You'll learn how to become more effective as a leader and gain practical tips and tricks to lead Strengths-based.

3 Individual coaching

During the coming year, you will have four individual supervision sessions with one of our experts coaches to provide you with advice and practical guidance. We stand by your side to achieve a powerful change in your leadership.

4 Join our Strengths Academy

After the course, you will gain access to our Strengths Academy, where you will meet other experts and Strengths Champions to engage in regular knowledge-deepening activities. This consists of a bi-weekly webinar on a particular Strength, a monthly Live Leadership Learning focused on Strengths-based Leadership and cultural transformation, to deepen your knowledge and skills as an internal expert.
