The Lead with Strengths course is a 12-month course full of training and coaching to invest in your Strengths-based Leadership and become more effective as a leader by adopting the strengths-based approach and by leveraging the strengths of each individual in your team.

We know that the quality of leaders is the biggest predictor of an organisations long term success. Therefore, we train and coach leaders to fully adopt the strengths-based approach. Whether you are a very experience leader, or just new in your role, we want to create sustainable impact by helping leaders understand and discover their own and their teams strengths, and use this to maximise team potential.

Throughout this course, we closely assist leaders through training, coaching and by joining our Strengths Academy, in identifying and leveraging strengths within the team ánd support them in their strengths-based leadership. The goal of this course is to become more effective as a leader and get the most out of your people by empowering them to bring out their best.

By gaining this knowledge we set the right foundation to properly use and implement the Strengths-based approach within your team or organisation as a leader.

By leading Strengths-based Leadership, you will have a massive impact on engagement and performance within your organisation.

What does this Lead with Strengths course look like?

1 Preparation

If you haven't taken the CliftonStrengths assessment yet, you will receive an invitation to complete the assessment.

2 Training Days

We start with a two-day training in which we first learn more about the Strengths-based methodology to set the right foundation. We deepdive into Strengths-based Leadership, what it all enhances and focus on how to embed strengths in your performance management, by setting Strengths-based goals and providing strengths-based feedback. You'll learn how to become more effective as a leader and gain practical tips and tricks to lead Strengths-based.

3 Individual coaching

During the coming year, you will have 4 individual intervision sessions with one of our experts to coach you and to provide you with advice and practical tips & tricks to guide you in this journey. We stand by your side to achieve a powerful change in your leadership.

4 Join our Strengths Academy

After the course, you’ll gain access to our Strengths Academy, where you can meet up other experts and strengths champions to engage in regular knowledge-deepening activities. This consists of a bi-weekly webinar on a particular strength, a monthly Live Leadership Learning focussed on Strengths-based Leadership and cultural transformation, to deepen your knowledge and skills as an internal expert.
